Strength & Metabolic Training Online Training

This 8 week program is designed for anyone who is looking to jump start their health and fitness journey, lose fat and recomposition their body by building lean muscle. The Strength & Metabolic Training is an 8 week program that includes 3 strength workouts & 2 cardio sessions per week {can be completed at home with minimal equipment or at your gym} as well as individual nutrition/macro coaching, weekly check-in calls and accountability with your personal trainer. To get started we will have a zoom or phone call to gather your health and exercise history, set goals and determine your nutrition needs. Equipment needed for home workouts include the following: set of light and heavy dumbbells, kettlebell, stability ball & resistance bands. Program cost is $99/month for 2 months


Low Impact Training Online Training

Have you recently found yourself with a lot of time at home? Maybe it's time to focus on YOU and your health. This program is designed to get your started on your health and fitness journey and take the guess work out of workouts and nutrition. This is a monthly program that will take you from just getting started to a healthier version of you. Nutrition and flexible dieting counseling is also included with this program as well as weekly check-in video conferencing. $99/mth


Nutrition Counseling - 12 week Onling Coaching

Do you need more than a one time nutrition session? This 12 week program includes everything in the one time nutrition consult as well as an on going nutrition coaching sessions and additional macro calculations and monitoring to hold you more accountable to reach your goals. Workouts are not included with this 12 week program. Price is $83/mth for 3 months.


Nutrition Counseling - One Time

Are you working hard but poor nutrition is sabotaging your results? You can't out train a bad diet. Mindy is a Certified Nutrition Coach. This one time calorie and macro calculation is designed for you and your goals. Once meeting with Mindy, she will have to you track your normal food intake for 3-4 days. Then we'll meet virtually and she'll go over your new macro profile, provide a sample 7 day meal plan and discuss the ins and outs of flexible dieting. One time fee of $40.


1 : 1 Personal Training

1 on 1 Personal Training is for anyone who needs that in person coaching session to accelerate your goals. Mindy is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach as well as YA 200+hr Yoga Teacher. Mindy meets her clients where they are at in their health and fitness journey. Programming, workouts and nutrition are designed around your goals. One on one training is done at a small gym located in the Olathe, KS area or at the clients home. 1:1 Personal Training is more than a workout.
